Scruffymonkey Wins at the 17th Web Excellence Awards!
There’s something truly rewarding about getting recognition for the hard work and passion you put into your work. Guess what? We’ve got some exciting news we want to share.
We’re thrilled to announce that Scruffymonkey has been named a winner at the 17th Web Excellence Awards for our work on the Bromley & Croydon Domestic Abuse Service website — a project that means a great deal to us and, more importantly, to the people and communities it supports.
What We Were Recognised For
The Web Excellence Awards bring together digital creatives from across the globe to honour excellence in web design, development, user experience and impact. It’s a truly international effort — in the latest cycle, more than 1,400 submissions were received from over 50 countries.
Our award came in the Website — Charitable Organisations & Non-Profit category for the Bromley & Croydon Domestic Abuse Service site. Designed with clarity, compassion and purpose, the site helps people in difficult circumstances find the support they need quickly and with confidence.
A Thank You to Our Clients
Winning this award reminds us of the relationships and trust that make our work possible. To the Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid team: thank you for your partnership and for the vital work you do every day. Your enthusiasm guided everything we did.
Looking Forward
Recognition like this encourages us to keep doing things the right way: thoughtfully, reliably, and with community at the centre. It reminds us that traditional values — honesty, clarity, and personal service — still hold weight in a fast-moving digital world.
We’re honoured, inspired, and ready to continue creating work that truly matters. Here’s to many more years of building websites that people remember — and that help make things a bit better out there.
