When Caritas Care originally came to Scruffymonkey over 10 years ago, it was to create an all singing, all dancing adoption specific website as part of the ‘iAdopt’ project which would aid in the recruitment of new adopters and would give advice and support for existing adopters.
Then and Now
Originally developing an adoption website in isolation, which hit all the objectives of the organisation, Scruffymonkey went on to update the main fostering website and other department sites to make sure they were complementary.
But as times change, and the demands of users change, all the department sites then became one large site for the organisation.
The team at Scruffymonkey are far more than simply website builders, they are the discerning voice of the users. They continuously review the Caritas Care website to ensure that the phraseology and terminology used is appropriate from the user viewpoint; all whilst making sure that the words used are found through internet algorithms to create maximum visibility.
